Schoffstall.net has been building a "state of the art" 21st century broadband wireless network to provide fixed, nomadic, and mobile access in Central Pennslvania. We intend to cover seven counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, York, Lancaster, Lebanon. Our goal is to provide services that will distinguish our region over others by offering technology and business models normally associated with Cambridge, Massachusettes or Santa Clara,California. To do this we make available our network platform to ISP's, telecom carriers, cable companies and government agencies to provide matchless networking service.

Today, aside from having business class wireless Internet Servcie Providers like Prevail Networks, a free 64Kbps WiFi service available at home and around time, and a brand new Broadband Residential Service through Internet Pennsylvania and TronNet, Schoffstall.net continues to look for new partners and new applications for its network. Most of southern Dauphin County (including Lower Paxton, Swatara, Harrisburg, Susquehenna, etc.) and Eastern Cumberland County (including Mechanicsburg, NewCumberland, Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg, Shiremanstown, Hampden Township etc.) are now enabled (through our TowerCell Infrastructure) for our Business class services through Unlicensed 5.8Ghz Non Line Of Site (NLOS) technologies with many business corridors covered through 900Mhz Non Line of Site (NLOS) technologies. See our coverage map for details. Our 2.4Ghz WiFi and Residential service available through a mix of our TowerCell and HomeCell Infrastructure is growing quickly in the same Southern Dauphin County footprint, with Cumberland County rolling out in January05.
